TIMELINE:

March 6^th: opening of abstract submission and pre-registrations

May 9^th: closing of abstract submission

June 4^th: closing of pre-registrations

June 9^th: closing of registrations

September 24^th septembre: kick-off of the conference

REGISTRATION:

• Fill in this form .
• Then go to the AzurColloque pregistration website
• Once you've received a confirmation email go to the registration website to finalize things, indicating how you wish to pay.

Registration fees are  425€/375€ for permanent staff with/without accomodation, and  250€/225€ for non-permanent staff with/without accomodation.

• You will then receive a final notification that you can forward to your admin.

The conference room can host a maximum of 200 participants, so don't leave it to the last minute to register !
